Mentorship
Learning, professional growth and self-improvement have many paths. You can overcome them on your own, but sometimes an experienced guide – a mentor – can save you a lot of time, help you overcome doubts, get out of a dead end, or see new directions of movement that were overlooked by you.
As a mentor, I can help you:
-
better understand your own communication strategy;
-
deepen understanding of how (and why) advertising and brand strategies work;
-
think more critically and expand your horizons.
In our mentoring work, I rely on:
-
twenty years of experience in mass communications, brand strategies and advertising;
-
a master's degree in philosophy and a postgraduate degree in psychology, which open a broader perspective on understanding human nature and social processes;
-
an individual approach to each mentee – your personal interests, traits and plans to integrate them into both professional and personal perspectives.
I am sure that our work as a mentor and mentee can be useful for you regardless of experience and professional level. Mentoring has an obvious benefit for both a novice advertiser or marketer and an experienced specialist who seeks to change the optics of looking at familiar and familiar professional tools, deepen knowledge and identify new directions for growth.
